At Borcelle Perfume Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective).

🔄 Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product (if defective) or a product of equal value.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

📦 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are not applicable for cash-on-delivery orders. Store credit may be offered instead.
