🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is only applicable if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof (picture/video) of the issue is required for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange accordingly.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of out-of-stock items or verified damaged products (if exchange is not possible).

  • Refund process may take 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality.
